Join Us

A small firm,
by design.

Arbaaa is built to put senior judgement directly in front of institutional leaders. That only works if the firm stays small and the people are senior. We hire rarely and we hire carefully.

The Opportunity

You will sit in the room, not behind it.

Arbaaa advises executive offices, ministries, and cultural institutions on institutional reputation. The work is diagnostic before it is creative. We study how meaning, flow, and perception operate inside an institution, then build a system leadership can govern.

There is no account layer here. The person who runs the diagnostic is the person who presents it. Work is not handed down and it is not handed off.

This is a narrow discipline in a market that is being built right now. Saudi institutions are defining how they are understood, for the first time, at scale. That window does not stay open.

How We Work

Three things that are true here.

01

No juniors on client work

Every person in front of a client is someone the client would have hired directly.

02

Evidence before opinion

We run measurement infrastructure. Positions are argued from observation, not instinct.

03

Capability, not dependency

The engagement succeeds when the institution can run the system without us.

Principles

What we ask of each other.

Solve the actual problem.

The brief describes a symptom. Find what produced it.

Disagree in the room.

Silent agreement is a failure of the person, not the meeting.

Write it down.

Nothing exists here until it is written clearly enough to be argued with.

Own the whole thing.

No handoffs, no hedging, no waiting to be told.

Open Roles

We are not hiring for a specific role right now.

That is normal. We open a role when the work demands it, not on a calendar. If the sections above describe how you already work, write to us anyway. We keep a short list and we read everything.

Speculative applications

Tell us what you have built.

Not a cover letter. Send one piece of work you are proud of and two paragraphs on why it mattered.
